Exchange and Returns
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from NDLESS Wear. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, we offer a hassle-free return policy to ensure your peace of mind. Please read the following information regarding our return policy:
1. Eligibility for Returns:
- Items must be returned within 30 days from the date of purchase.
- The item must be in its original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags attached.
- Any items marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable" are not eligible for return.
2. Return Process: To initiate a return, please follow these simple steps:
- Contact our customer support team at contact@ndlesswear.com within 30 days of receiving your order. Provide your order number, the reason for the return, and any relevant details.
- Our customer support team will guide you through the return process and provide you with a return authorization (RA) number.
- Once you receive the RA number, securely package the item(s) you wish to return, including the original packing slip or a note with your name and order number.
- Please note there will be a $5 return fee and this will be adjusted to your refund. Follow the instructions on the refund slip you received in your order.
3. Refund or Exchange:
- Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will process your refund or exchange.
- If you opt for a refund, it will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase.
- If you prefer an exchange, we will gladly assist you in selecting a new size, color, or style based on availability. In case the desired item is not available, we will issue a refund instead.
- Refunds: Please allow 7-10 business days for your refund to be processed and reflected in your account. The exact timeframe may vary depending on your payment provider.
- Exchanges: We will process your exchange as quickly as possible, typically within 3-5 business days. The time it takes for the new item to reach you may vary depending on the shipping method and your location.
- If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer support team immediately. We will gladly assist you in resolving the issue and provide further instructions for returning the item.
